- Kirman Carpets And Rugs
- KIRMAN CARPETS AND RUGSSmall size, all-wool pile native-made carpets, practically extinct, due to the demand for cheaper articles. The pile is tied in Senna knot and this was one of the finest styles made in India. A pattern of red roses very gracefully worked with a centre medallion was the favourite motif. Borders also had the red roses. The warp was cotton. There were two picks between each row of tufts.
